We have an array of SLA services to suit your needs and pocket:

  • Bronze – 98% uptime guarantee Single CPE – Single Access Circuit (Diginet, Fibre or Wireless)
  • Silver – 99.5% uptime guarantee Single or Dual CPE’s – Dual Access Circuits (Diginet, Fibre or Wireless as Primary and Secondary) from different suppliers terminating at a single Otel POP
  • Gold – 99.8% uptime guarantee Single or Dual CPE’s – Dual Access Circuits (Diginet, Fibre or Wireless as Primary and Secondary) from same suppliers terminating at two different Otel POPs
  • Platinum – 99.9% uptime guarantee Single or Dual CPE’s – Dual Access Circuits (Diginet, Fibre or Wireless as Primary and Secondary) from diverse Telco’s terminating at a single Otel Pop

Note: CPE Definition – Customer Premises Equipment, this refers to the equipment located on the customer’s premises with the express purpose of terminating the Access Circuit.
